1. The commencement of "the Delivery Care Project".
It turned out that a disaster state completely differs in a situation by the shelter or the area.
It advertized through "a required thing is sent" and various media.
The name of a "delivery care project" was given to this activity.

There were about 300 Delivery Care runs made in total．
2. "Mental Health care for Women, Hotline-Iwate" is established.
3. The support project for the women of the area which got damaged to get the independent life and
work was able to begin.
The project which considers as work performing shoppings, such as food, [ for the people who moved
to the makeshift house made by the place distant from the shelter ], or checking the safety of elderly
people living alone together was started.
This was started from three places, Noda-mura, Miyako, and Otsuchi-cho.
