The first volunteer meeting in FY2021 was a hybrid of zoom online and the facility's large conference room.
I also attended from my tablet device.

As usual, starting with a greeting from the hall,
New staff members were introduced.
Then, in FY2021, each section explained the requested items regarding the project to request the cooperation of volunteers.

１．この２週間の状態について伺います。当てはまる場合は☑をしてください。
□ ２週間前から今日まで37.5度以上又は平熱比1度以上を超える発熱はありません。
□ 咳（せき）、のどの痛みなど風邪の症状はありません。
□ だるさ（倦怠（けんたい）感）、息苦しさ（呼吸困難）はありません。
□ 味覚や嗅覚の異常はありません。
□ 体が重く感じる、疲れやすいなどの症状はありません。
□ 新型コロナウイルス感染症陽性と診断された者との濃厚接触はありません。
□ 同居家族や身近な知人に感染が疑われる方はいません。
□ 過去2週間以内に、政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要とされている国、地域等への渡航または当該在住者との濃厚接触はありません。
２．以下のお願いを確認し、了承したら☑をつけてください
□ 出席後、２週間以内に新型コロナウイルス感染症を発症した場合には、速やかに濃厚接触者の有無について報告すること。
□ 会議終了後２週間以内に会議出席者の中から新型コロナウイルス感染症を発症した方がいた場合は、保健所の指示に応じて参加者名簿を提出することがあること。
