女性も男性も一人ひとりの人権が尊重され、意欲と能力に応じて活躍できる男女共同参画社会の実現は、我が国における最重要課題の一つです。
Especially, the woman's activity grips the key to the activation of the economic society in the depopulating society.
It is important to promote "Positive action" that can secure a chance active of the woman to advance the participation expansion of the woman who is the pressing issue.
"Let's divide the chance, and open the future" is assumed to be a catchphrase, and Gender Equality Week is executed from June 23 to the 29th this year.
