北九州市が行う「女性リーダー国内研修」では、男女共同参画に関る地域の課題を話し合う必要があります、このためボランティアという地域女性達との情報交換が役に立ちます、そして交流の絆で活動推進力の一助となるようお手伝いさせていただいている。

It is necessary to talk about a local problem to be concerned

with a gender equality in "the women leader training" that Kitakyushu city performs.
Therefore, the information exchange with local women

called the volunteer is useful.
And we help you to help the activity driving force in "kizuna"

of the interchange.

 

 

 

「地域における男女共同参画の課題」という宿題を抱えたままの彼女達であったが、埼玉のボランティアとの情報交換と交流で、何かをつかんでいただけたでしょうか。

They were they who still hold homework as "problem of gender equality in an area"........

 

 

 

先ずは、地域ボランティアの活動状況などについて説明を受ける場面。

They had them explain about an activity condition of "area volunteer".

 

気持ちを切り替えてラウンジに戻ると、他団体が音楽活動中。

早速、「一緒に踊りませんか」と声をかけ、炭坑節で大きな交流の「輪」ができました。

流石は本場。　　♪掘って掘って～担いで担いで～～ 

 Right away, "Let's dance together.", "wa" of a big exchange (for the meaning, circle) spoke

and was made using music of "Tanko-bushi".

 

みんなで集合記念写真。　明るい笑顔が素敵です。
そしてこの素晴しい行動力、協調力は我々ボランテイアが必要としていたものです。

By everyone, assembly commemorative photograph. A light smiling face is nice.
And a volunteer needed us for this wonderful energy and the cooperation power.

 

 

 

スーパーで購入の缶ビールとおつまみで、交流会という名の女子会はスタートするのでした。

"Girls meeting" has started for canned beer and a snack.

  

 

ボランティア達も初めはやや緊張していたが・・・。お土産に頂いた「手作りひまわりブローチ」を胸に。

First volunteers contracted little, too, but....
With the "homemade sunflower brooch" we received for a gift.
 

 

"何度目か"のカンパーイをするうちにすっかりうちとけました。

While doing KANPAI" which time or" is which, mutual opened up completely.

 

 

共通の話題も見つかり、女子会パワーも全開に、いくらでもお話しは続くのです。
でも時刻は無常にも予定をかなり過ぎていく。・・・・

The common topic is also found and "Gils meeting power" is also opening.
A female talkative person continued boundlessly.....
 

  

 

追伸

埼玉西武ライオンズ、ラッキーセブンは　炭鉱節で盛り上がるのです。
