Victim support 2011.7.12

I had offered a silent prayer yesterday afternoon. Four months

from that day pass, and the expressions of the people to whom

it is taken shelter have lightened considerably, too.

 

Working lunch that faces the tenth times.
Cool was tasted with the summer vegetable and the noodle this time.

I got a thin noodle[Soumen] with peculiar [hiyashiru] around the

Japanese food dish as a gastronomic culture in Saitama.

 

 ↑　焼きなす、きゅうり漬物、自家製トマトとサラダ
                                                                               ↓　豚肉のキャベツ巻き(青じそ風味梅肉味)

 

She dished up with the wiener this time because "Mushrooms" was

friendship. 
The omelette of making specially that her mama made is

seen this time. 

彼女は「きのこ類」が好なので、今回はウインナソーセージと一緒に盛り付けました。

 

お素麺は「揖保乃糸(R)*1」、茹でたてをロックアイス(R)で冷やし、その食感は素晴しいものでした。

戴く汁は普通の「そうめんつゆ」かと思ったら、ここ比企郡の郷土料理と思われる「冷や汁*2」も登場

しました。お汁には、すりゴマ、きゅうりの薄切り、お味噌、みょうが、青じそなどが入っており、

とても美味です。もし、ざるうどんにだったら「すったて*3」風というのかも知れません。
　　　　*1:西日本を代表する兵庫県の手延素麺、因みに三輪素麺は奈良県。
　　　　*2:埼玉ケンミンは海のお魚は入れません。
　　　　*3:埼玉県のB級グルメ。

In today's dessert, the peach in Okayama of insertion appears,

and sweetness and softness are the features.
Okayama of the peach is famous for West Japan and Fukushima is famous for the home and East Japan.
